RETURNS and EXCHANGES
***‼️Due to current circumstances with Covid-19 we are unable to offer a return or exchange of our items. The state of things will continue to be assessed. We will revert to our original return/exchange policy when it is deemed safe to do so. Thank you for your understanding.‼️***
***Our customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, therfore we are available to answer questions about a product prior to your purchase.
*****Return Policy Prior to COVID-19
-Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer returns of items for refund however we will be able to process exchanges of the same item or for store credit within 3 days of receiving the item.

-To be eligible for exchange/store credit, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the same tags adhered. Any items deemed not to meet these conditions will not be accepted.
***The customer is responsible for the shipping fees to return the item(s) back to our store.
***Shipping fees are non-refundable.
-Sale items or items purchased with a discount, swimsuits and personalized items are not eligible for exchange/store credit.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
-Upon receipt of your package, your return for exchange/store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
***To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
INCORRECT / DAMAGED ITEMS
-We take great care to inspect all items prior to shipping them to our customers. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@StyledbyFashionBaby.com before you start the return process.
-Damaged or defective items must be reported within two (2) days of receipt. If the damage or defect is not reported within two (2) days of receipt, the item will not be accepted as a return for store credit.
-If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can resolve your concern.
PACKAGES ASSUMED LOST OR STOLEN
-Styled by Fashion Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked delivered by the postal service, it will be the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the postal service in order to have their concerns resolved.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
-Styled by Fashion Baby is not responsible undeliverable packages. If a package is returned to us by the postal service for any reason, the customer will be issued a store credit. Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card, which never expires. The store credit issued will cover original purchase price and tax. Shipping charges will be deducted.
RETURN BY MAIL
-Circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you want to return.
Products must be returned in the original box and packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
